Yes, our team is coming to the 2012 Showcase Sports Scrimmages. We will participate in the age division indicated below:

12 and Under -- May 12, 2012 -- Fitchburg
14 and Under -- May 12, 2012 -- Fitchburg
16 and Under -- May 13, 2012 -- Venue To Be Determined
18 and Under -- May 13, 2012 -- Venue To Be Determined

We would like to sign up to play the following number of games:

2 Games in the Morning ($80)
2 Games in the Afternoon ($80)
3 Games ($120)
4 Games ($160)

All entries are "pending" and will not be confirmed until payment is received.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY INTO THE SCRIMMAGE SCHEDULE UNTIL YOUR GAME FEES ARE RECEIVED. ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $5 PER GAME CANCELLATION FEE--NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE. YOUR SPOT CANNOT BE HELD UNTIL YOUR GAME FEES ARE RECEIVED AND IS NOT GUARANTEED IF FULL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE.
