 Yes, our team is coming to the 2012 Fall Brawl. We will participate in the age division indicated below:

REGISTER YOUR TEAM FOR THE AGE DIVISION YOU WILL BE PLAYING IN 2013. THIS IS AN OPEN ROSTER FALL TRY-OUT TOURNAMENT. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO PICK UP ANY AGE ELIGIBLE PLAYER YOU WANT TO WITHOUT OBTAINING A RELEASE FROM THEIR SUMMER TEAM. DO NOT UPDATE YOUR ONLINE ROSTER -- YOU WILL RECEIVE A PAPER ROSTER TO COMPLETE FOR THIS TOURNAMENT. NO WORLD SERIES BERTHS ARE AWARDED.

Enclosed is our $100 holding fee. This payment is due within 14 days and will hold a slot in the tournament until the tournament deadline, when full payment is due. All entries are "pending" and will not be confirmed until payment is received.

THIS IS A PAY AS YOU PLAY TOURNAMENT. EACH TEAM WILL PAY ONE UMPIRE ON THE FIELD AT GAME TIME. YOUR ENTRY FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE UMPIRE FEES. UMPIRE FEES ARE $40 PER TEAM PER GAME. TEAMS MAKING IT TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME DO NOT PAY THE UMPIRES FOR THAT GAME. THE TOURNAMENT HOST PAYS THE UMPIRE FEES FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY INTO THIS TOURNAMENT UNTIL YOUR DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED BY OUR OFFICE. ALL CANCELLATIONS ON OR BEFORE THE DEADLINE ARE SUBJECT TO A $50 CANCELLATION FEE--NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE. YOUR SPOT CANNOT BE HELD UNTIL A DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED AND IS NOT GUARANTEED IF FULL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE. PLEASE DO NOT RESERVE A SPOT IN THIS TOURNAMENT UNLESS YOU PLAN TO ATTEND.

NOTE: Teams are expected to be available to play games at any time on any day of the tournament as indicated by the tournaments dates above. Tournament directors are under no obligation to honor special scheduling requests and may replace any team in any tournament that has required a special schedule as a condition of entry. Any team that forfeits two or more round robin games in one tournament will not be allowed to participate in the single elimination portion of the tournament.

NOTE: Teams will need a 2013 NSA sanction number in order to participate in this tournament. Every team needs to re-register for the 2012-2013 season which runs September 1, 2012 through August 30, 2013.
