REGISTER YOUR TEAM FOR THE AGE DIVISION YOU WILL BE PLAYING IN 2009. YOU CAN ONLY EARN A BERTH FOR THE AGE DIVISION YOU PLAY IN AT THIS TOURNAMENT. NO HIGHER AGE DIVISION BERTHS WILL BE AWARDED.

Enclosed is our $100 holding fee. This payment is due within 14 days and will hold a slot in the tournament until the tournament deadline,
     when full payment is due. All entries are "pending" and will not be confirmed until payment is received.

NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE. YOUR SPOT CANNOT BE HELD UNTIL A DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED AND IS NOT GUARANTEED IF FULL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE. NOTE: Teams are expected to be available to play games at any time on any day of the tournament as indicated by the tournaments dates above. Games will start Friday as early as 4:30 pm. Tournament directors are under no obligation to honor special scheduling requests and may replace any team in any tournament that has required a special schedule as a condition of entry. Any team that forfeits two or more round robin games in one tournament will not be allowed to participate in the single elimination portion of the tournament.
