You can submit your Camp Application online by providing the following information. You may also submit your Student/Athlete Profile online.

Your Camp Application and Student/Athlete Profile must be printed (before submitting), signed, and mailed along with your payment before your registration is complete. You will not receive email confirmation until payment is received.

Student/Athletes under the age of 18 must have parental permission to attend the Camp.

Complete applications for each Camp will include the following:

  • Student/Athlete Profile
  • Money Orders ONLY -- $80 Payable to NSA
    • paying by check will delay entry until check clears
